Shipping Policy

Shipping days:
OfficeBuy only provides delivery and installation services in week days. OfficeBuy
does not carry out any delivery activities on public holidays.
Handling time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery schedule:
We will try our best to deliver your furniture as early as we can. It normally will
take 1-7 business days but sometimes it will take up to 10-14 business days.
Delivery notice:
If currently you are not ready for receiving delivery, OfficeBuy will need at least 10
working days’ notice to allocate your delivery date.
Delivery fee:
Delivery fee is variable depending on certain circumstances such as furniture type,
distance, access conditions etc.
Delivery quote:
OfficeBuy is responsible to provide customers a reasonable delivery quote before
carrying out delivery activities.
